Nothin’ But Natural is a place to learn about taking a proactive approach to your health. Western mentality, with regards to health, is typically doing whatever we want and fixing it later. Once disease and discomfort set in, we then often take a reactive approach, that leads most people to medication. Drugs can have side effects and often are only treating the symptoms, rather than the problem.
True healing must come from the cellular level. While many people supplement their diet with vitamins, which is better than doing nothing at all, there is a great doubt about what an isolated supplement can do to reach the body on a cellular level.
The answer, as our food supply becomes genetically modified and is fading in nutritional value, is to look towards supplementing a healthy diet with plant based food sources. Here you will find wonderful, scientifically-researched suggestions that are the cutting edge and future of regaining, or keeping, one’s health. Enter and take control of your health!
Daryl was born in Germany, but came to the U.S.A. at the age of 3. She grew up in South Florida, headed off to New York City, after college, to pursue a career as an actress and model. She came face to face with her diet when food and environmental allergies threatened her career, while only in her 20s. Symptoms made it impossible to “look fresh” and after exhausting all medical choices, she sought out alternative practitioners, who taught her how to heal. Learning about the power of food became a continued avocation and proved useful in the treatment of her son’s debilitating food allergies, diagnosed when he was only 3 years old. It is her passion to educate people on taking control of their health. It is her belief that nobody has to live with disease or discomfort. Individuals simply have to know how to help their bodies heal. Daryl currently resides with her son in Delray Beach, Florida.
